About Us

DCM began in November of 2011, and like most start-ups, used personal and retirement savings to invest in this new platform. Len’s vision and the support of his very understanding wife, Dellene, helped turn the idea into a reality.
 
Our first digital billboard went live in June 2012, and as family and friends celebrated on-site, a new customer stopped by and asked, “How do I get up there?”  Since then, we have worked hard on sustaining relationships with our clients; several have been with us for years

Len started in the billboard industry after a career with the City of Oneonta Fire Department by putting up the first digital billboard on I-88! Since 2012, he and his team have planted more digital, trivision, and static billboards in multiple DMAs in NYS. Len loves working with and serving local small business owners by expanding DC Marketing's geographic footprint through our Out-of-Home platform.

Dellene is an integral part of DC Marketing, overseeing the administrative side of operations with a focus on invoicing, bookkeeping, and managing day-to-day expenses. Over the years, she has played an important role in helping the company grow while ensuring the back-office operations run smoothly. Her attention to detail and commitment to organization help keep the business operating seamlessly while supporting both clients and internal operations.

With a background in business and over 15 years of sales experience, Danny brings a strong foundation in relationship-building and strategic growth.  Beginning his career with retail sales, where he built tools and had a customer-focused approach. Later he transitioned into the personal fitness coaching profession, combining coaching with sales and developing deep client connections for over a decade. Today, Danny serves as our Account Executive, leading billboard sales and helping brands connect with their audiences in impactful ways.
